Once you receive your product from us it will come neatly packaged and will have a branded invoice attached to the front. This invoice can, upon request also be emailed to you for safe keeping. If you discover that the product isn't quite right for what ever reason then simply get in-touch and we will help you identify what you do need, swapping it so you get the correct product, so completely hassle free.
When our E-commerce team set about building our online shopping platform we had one main goal which was to make the process as simple as possible. We have tried to make the website easy to use and intuitive. This is a constant process of tweaking and is supported by a team of people on the phone should you not find what you are looking for, or just prefer talking to a human.
