Shipping, Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy

Shipping Information

Bearingtech is committed to providing excellent service by offering free UK shipping on all orders over £20.00.

All shipping options have a 3:00pm order cut-off time.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of Bearingtech's control, including customs clearance, adverse weather, courier delays, and local delivery restrictions.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country of destination.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Bearingtech aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you wish to return an item or request a refund, please contact us first at:

No returns should be sent back without prior notification.

Items may be returned provided they:

  • Are unused and unfitted.
  • Have not been modified, machined, altered, or damaged.
  • Are returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Are in a condition suitable for resale.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, Bearingtech will process any approved refund or exchange.


UK & EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

For consumers purchasing online within the United Kingdom, European Union, and other territories where applicable consumer protection legislation applies, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Bearingtech within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting:

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused.
  • Unfitted.
  • In their original condition.
  • Adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of Bearingtech receiving  and inspecting the returned goods or satisfactory proof of return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable once goods have been dispatched, including:

  • Standard delivery charges.
  • Express delivery charges.
  • International shipping charges.
  • Any premium delivery services selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned goods are adequately packaged and insured where appropriate, as Bearingtech cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing:

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly, Bearingtech will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement goods.
  • Repair.
  • Refund.
  • Reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Exclusions from Returns & Cancellation Rights

The following items are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund unless faulty:

  • Goods manufactured to customer specifications.
  • Custom-made or bespoke products.
  • Items modified, machined, assembled, or altered to customer requirements.
  • Special-order or non-stock items sourced specifically for a customer.
  • Products cut to length or supplied to specific dimensions.
  • Goods that have been fitted, installed, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Where a product has been manufactured, modified, or supplied according to measurements, drawings, specifications, or instructions provided by the customer, no refund or cancellation rights shall apply except where required by law.


Business Customers

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies only to consumers purchasing for personal use.

Business-to-business transactions are not subject to consumer cancellation rights. Any returns, cancellations, or refunds for business customers are at the sole discretion of Bearingtech and may be subject to restocking charges, supplier approval, or other conditions.

Bearingtech reserves the right to amend this policy from time to time in accordance with applicable UK and international consumer protection legislation.

Terms and conditions 

Bearingtech are happy to exchange items that are un-damaged and in original condition so that they are able to be resold.

Bearingtech have a no quibble returns policy for items in original condition that have not been fitted or modified.

When you receive your item if you are un satisfied then simply send the item back to us and let us know by email or phone. 

If the item or items in question were specifically manufacture for you according to the measurements you have supplied then these will not be subject to our returns policy.
